We celebrate creators on our social channels. You choose whether to participate and which images we may share.
Your choice
Joining GenRoster and publishing a portfolio does not authorize social reuse. Participation is optional, with no effect on your account or access to opportunities.
Limited permission
You grant Christophe Gouazé, operating GenRoster, a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to reproduce and display only the images you select, their titles, your public name, headline and profile link in organic creator spotlights on GenRoster’s own X and LinkedIn accounts. These posts are accessible worldwide. You retain your rights. Permission lasts until you withdraw it or change the approved profile or works.
Presentation and credits
We may resize images and arrange them in a branded card, preserving the complete image, watermarks and attribution. No substantive edits, paid advertising, resale, AI training or use for third-party brands are covered. Videos and their soundtracks are excluded. Any broader use requires a separate agreement.
Rights of others
Select only work you are entitled to authorize for this use, including any necessary client, collaborator, likeness, trademark and other permissions. Do not select confidential work. AI-generated work may carry third-party restrictions; uploading it does not establish ownership. Existing credits in the image are preserved.
Withdrawal and removal
Withdraw at any time in My Studio → Creator spotlight. This immediately stops eligibility for new cards. Contact meet@genroster.com to request removal of existing posts on accounts we control; we will review and remove them promptly. We cannot guarantee removal of copies shared independently by others. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
Authorization records
We store your account identifier, the approved profile and images, policy version, timestamp and subsequent authorization or withdrawal events to manage permission and demonstrate its scope. Records are private to you and the administrator, retained while permission is active and thereafter only as necessary for legal claims or obligations.
