A FEW THINGS, CLEARLY
Yes. Portfolios, discovery, public briefs and direct connections are free. Optional private support for companies may carry a fee, agreed before any work begins.
No. GenRoster is independent of creative tools. What matters is your work, your creative intention and the skills you bring to a project. Your tools provide useful context, not a paid gate to visibility.
The company reviews portfolios and applications, then contacts the creators it wants to work with. The creator and company agree the scope, fees, schedule and usage terms directly. GenRoster does not choose for them or guarantee a contract.
Member portfolios and published briefs are real. The directory also includes five fictional demo profiles, clearly labelled and unable to receive enquiries. Homepage and category illustrations introduce the creative disciplines.
